You may request account deletion through the account or settings section of the Qasvah app, or by contacting us through the support section of Qasvah.
- Your profile information (such as your name and phone number) will be removed from our active systems
- Your active listings and advertisements will be removed from the marketplace
- You will no longer be able to access your account or use Qasvah with the deleted credentials
- Messages and other content you shared may be removed or anonymized where technically feasible
Processing and retention
Account deletion requests are typically processed within a reasonable period after verification of your identity. We may retain limited information for a period required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our policies, prevent fraud, or maintain security records.
Backup copies of data may persist for a limited time before being permanently deleted in accordance with our standard retention practices.
